Who can Join CARNM?

Membership is open to all nurses and midwives provided you have a Certified certificate from an authorized institution

As a member, you will be able to Contribute to body knowledge of nursing and midwifery via research, workshops and also Collaborate with sister association abroad to give Cameroonian nurses/midwives a voice in international scenes

  • Application form obtained from the secretariat or downloaded from the website
  • A nursing certificate from an authorized institution
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of National Identity card or passport for international candidates
  • Passport size photos, signature

We have limited number of nurses and midwives at the central level of health care so decisions affecting nurses and midwives are thus taken by allied health care providers. Such decisions hardly touch the core of these professions.This led to the creation of CARNM

We carry out evaluation to ascertain implementation of best practices in clinicals/training institutions and also Contribute to body knowledge of nursing and midwifery via research
